A new standard in collaborative estate agency.

After more than a decade in corporate real estate, Chris Casey-Kon launched CORE in 2022 with a single intention: to build the kind of agency he couldn’t find.

What he saw, time and time again, was an industry bloated with red tape and disconnection. Clients were passed from department to department, diluted by scripts and lost in systems, until the experience became soullessly transactional. Nobody took real ownership. Nobody stayed close enough to care.

“There were too many people in the process. The client was shuffled around, pillar to post. When the ball was dropped, no one took responsibility. And that wasn’t good enough—for them or me.”

Chris founded CORE as the antidote. A proudly independent agency built on straight-talking integrity, editorial excellence, and hands-on partnership. A place where the client journey is clear, supported, and deeply personal from start to finish.

Determined to return to the neighbourhoods that shaped him, Chris set up shop in Queen’s Park, building CORE in the heart of the community he knows best.

In just two years, CORE has grown from a boutique idea into one of the most respected independent agencies in Queen’s Park and Maida Vale—trusted by clients who value sharp thinking, honest advice, and genuine accountability. Behind that success is a team of industry experts and world-class creatives; each one handpicked by Chris and united by a shared mission to reimagine and elevate the way property is presented, marketed, and sold.

We’re proud to be a different kind of agency. One that knows your sale isn’t just a transaction. It’s a story.

Chris Casey-Kon, Founder and Director

Born and raised in Maida Vale, Chris Casey-Kon is a seasoned property expert with over fifteen years of real estate experience across London. Before launching CORE in 2022, Chris held senior roles at a long-established international firm and later became a temporary partner at a boutique agency, where he deepened his belief that estate agency could—and should—be done differently. Frustrated by corporate systems that treated clients as numbers, Chris returned to his home turf in Queen’s Park to build an agency with care and creativity at its core. Today, CORE is one of the most respected independent agencies in West and North West London—and a proud sponsor of local schools, including Chris’s former primary, St. Saviour’s.

Holly Pearson, Lead Property Strategist

With over seven years’ experience spanning the quiet grace of the Cheshire countryside and the sharp tempo of London’s most competitive postcodes, Holly brings a rare dual perspective and instinct to every instruction. She spent the early part of her career generating cross-branch success within one of the capital’s fastest-growing agencies, quickly establishing herself as a force in South West London. But it was North West London—leafier, steadier, richer in community—where she found her deeper professional rhythm. Now based in West Hampstead and returning from a dynamic placement in Australia, Holly steps back into the London market with renewed energy and an unwavering commitment to people. Her strength lies in her investment, not just in the transaction, but in the lives, journeys, and intentions of those she works with.
